Your new role

In your new role as Digital Sales Consultant you will be the "growth hacker" for our customers. You will work with the latest digital marketing and sales technology and enable our customers to grow by handing over promising leads - and all this in a fantastic and highly motivated team that will support and accompany you at all times.

This is what we expect from you.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Digital Sales Manager, Pre-Sales or Inside Sales Manager position with a digital focus, ideally in a B2B environment, is required.
  • You have good knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools - esp. HubSpot, other tools are an advantage.
  • You enjoy direct contact with customers and the art of selling.
  • Working with people is a matter of course and a great strength of yours.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and sales with a focus on B2B and a "hunger" for continuous improvement.
  • Your above-average willingness to learn ensures that you always try to find solutions independently and ask for support.
  • You have a strong technological/digital affinity and enjoy working with tools on your own.
  • Your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, your independent way of working make you irreplaceable in the team. You are an absolute team player!
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Fluent German and very good English skills are expected. Other languages are an advantage.

Your role within our team

  • You are part of our Digital Sales Consulting Team - which conceptualizes, implements and optimizes holistic digital lead management for our customers.
  • As the linchpin of our customer relationship, you form the bridge between the marketing and sales function of our customers.
  • You qualify leads that have been acquired through our lead generation measures (marketing and sales qualification) with the help of technology and through direct contact.
  • You confidently conduct lead qualification conversations with customers - your goal is to initiate projects and needs with potential customers from digital channels and to hand them over to the appropriate sales manager.
  • You use and optimize automated lead nurturing processes through state-of-the-art marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • You advise and support our customers in the optimal use of the marketing and sales tech stack.
