Your new role
As a working student in the area of business development, you will support our project management & inside sales team as well as the management in various growth topics. In a start-up, tasks can change quickly, which also gives you the opportunity to get to know many new areas in a short time. You will get insights into the areas of digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation & lead qualification. You will work directly with the management & the team - ensuring that your tasks contribute to the development of this new company at all times.
What we wish from you

You are currently a student in the field of marketing/business or comparable courses of study - Master's students are preferred.

Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

Initial experience with CRM and / or marketing automation solutions (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot) is an advantage.

You have a basic understanding and high affinity for digital marketing and its terminology as well as technical tool sets and processes.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) is required.

You are an absolute team player.

You have a great interest in entrepreneurship and start-ups.

A structured way of working with high quality standards and an eye for details characterize you.

Fluent German and very good English skills are expected.
Your role in our team

Your collaboration in the strategic development of Leadwunder supports us in daily projects.

You support us in ongoing projects with customers or internally, especially in the marketing and sales qualification of leads and the creation of campaigns for lead generation.

You support us in the creation of concepts or training content, as well as in the creation of analyses and presentations.
