Your new position

In your new role as Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you will present campaign performance to our customers based on data and facts. Your expertise and your data-driven mindset will make every campaign a success, with the focus always being on lead acquisition / lead generation for our B2B solutions.

What we wish from you

  • Practical experience in the areas of lead generation/performance/digital/social media marketing, ideally in a B2B context, is an advantage.
  • You bring initial knowledge in the operation of digital ad tools (esp. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook for Business).
  • Confidence and experience in using digital marketing systems and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn & Facebook Ad Manager are desirable.
  • You enjoy direct contact with customer:s and the art of selling.
  • A rudimentary understanding of digital marketing and sales with a focus on B2B and a "hunger" for continuous improvement set you apart.
  • You have an above-average willingness to learn and especially the ability to independently search for solutions.
  • You have a strong technological/digital affinity and enjoy developing tools yourself.
  • You should have very good analytical and conceptual skills from which you can derive recommendations for action.
  • You are confident in using PowerPoint and have presentation skills (targeting workshops, jour fix, etc.).
  • You can defend media decisions both analytically and critically and you take all business and marketing objectives into account.

Your role in our team

  • You support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager:in the strategic planning, implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (including via Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • You support the conception and implementation of campaign- and channel-specific content for value-creating sales campaigns.
  • You will create meaningful reports and forecasts as well as continuous tracking of campaign performance. You use these to analyze the profitability of individual measures.
  • You always keep an eye on the needs of your customers and support them along the entire customer journey.
  • Permanent testing to improve the most important KPIs and the conversion rate (ad texts, campaign structure, landing pages) is one of your daily tasks.
  • You act as a central interface between external advertising partners (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and the customer team.
