Your new role

As a working student in Digital Sales, your focus will be on lead generation and lead qualification for our customers. You will support the team in daily operations and take care of new leads as well as the maintenance of the Hubspot tool. You will also gain insight into the areas of Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation. Whether in the office or from home - you will be surrounded by a fantastic and highly motivated team that will support and accompany you at all times.

We wish this from you

  • You are currently a student in the field of marketing or economics or comparable courses of study - Master's students are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of lead qualification is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) is required.
  • Initial experience with CRM and / or marketing automation solutions (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot) is an advantage.
  • You have a basic understanding and high affinity for digital marketing and its terminology as well as technical tool sets and processes.
  • You are an absolute team player.
  • You have a keen interest in entrepreneurship and start-ups.
  • A structured way of working with high quality standards and an eye for details distinguish you.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills are expected.

Your role in our team

  • You qualify digital leads that have been acquired through our lead generation measures (marketing and sales qualification) with the help of technology and through direct contact.
  • You independently conduct conversations with customers for lead qualification.
  • You actively participate in the implementation and realization of operational and strategic projects in the area of digital sales.
  • You support the creation of concepts or training content.
